Shipping Policies
At MarioMagro.com, we do not charge any shipping fee to ship our products within
the continental USA. Delivery is available outside the continental USA. For delivery
to destinations outside of the continental USA, please
contact us prior to ordering, and we will provide you with
a shipping quote.
Retail Purchase Return Policy
Leather Goods;
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new, unused, undamaged leather merchandise.
Full Price merchandise may be exchanged or returned with an original Mario Magro
receipt or mail order packing invoice. Please send us an email
at: returns@MarioMagro.com. We will then advise the correct location for the return.
Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus cost of freight.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
Le Coop Glass & Crystal Handbags;
Due to the glass and crystal content, Le Coop purchases will only be accepted for
return if they are received in damaged condition. Please send us an email
at: returns@MarioMagro.com explaining the condition of the bag and location of
damage. We will then advise the correct location for the return.

PLEASE NOTE: For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by
insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your
instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.

any time, at it's discretion.
